    2 Site incharge1This is a full-time role for a Site Incharge. The Site Incharge will oversee the day-to-day operations at the site and execute works at the site as per the project’s timeline. Assistant Executive/Deputy ManagerSites mainly in northern regions like, Himachal, Punjab, Uttarakhand, etc. may vary as per the receipt of an order from any region.At least 5 years of experience in managing mechanical works of hydropower plants at the site. Experience in hydropower project management and site supervision. Knowledge of hydropower plant refurbishment and modernization. He should be working under a contractor responsible for executing electromechanical works, such as capital maintenance, erection, and commissioning.50k – 70kExcellent leadership and coordination skills

    6Safety
    Supervisor     		11. Safety Planning and Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
    3. Safety Training and Awareness: Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring they understand site-specific safety procedures.
    4. Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare reports, including recommendations for preventive measures.
    5. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies, and participate in internal and external audits.
    6. Safety Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
    7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors, to ensure safety integration into project planning and execution.      Storekeeper Responsibilities
    1. Managing inventory and stock levels

    8Civil Engineer1Civil Engineer Responsibilities –
    1. Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil works projects, including site preparation, excavation, and construction.
    2. Design and Estimation: Review and prepare civil engineering designs, estimates, and specifications for projects.
    3. Site Management: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements on site.
    4. Team Management: Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff to ensure effective project execution.
    5. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project deliverables.
    6. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
    7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, site records, and other documentation.
